Job Description	Develop new assays and analytical methods for the characterization and evaluation of intermediate and final products (vaccine) as per ICH and pharmacopeia guidelines.
	Validate and optimize the analytical methods developed utilizing statistical tools.
	Generate technology transfer dossiers and assist in technology transfer to other SBUs.
Desired Profile	Post graduate with 2-4 years experience (M.Sc. Chemistry/ Biochemistry or M. Pharm or M. Tech)
	Good knowledge of chemical analysis.
	Operations of lab equipments & it's calibration
	Ability to have quick grasp over the subject.
	Ability to work in team
