Designation Manager – Technology Transfer
Job Description Planning and execution of Optimization batches along with R&D 
  Planning &Completion of Exhibit Batches
  Planning & Completion of technology transfer activities
  Co-ordination between plant and R&D for carrying out Test Batches for regulated market; smooth technology transfer of Domestic Products, P2P products, Clinical Trial products etc.
  Creation of MM for semi-finished products
  Creation and update of BOM
  Support Lalru for Trials at Baddi
  Support the plant for trouble shooting & Improvement.
  Documentation like optimization report, TT report; review of Protocols, TDs, Intended Documents etc.
Desired Profile  Candidate with 7-9 years of post qualification experience & having hands on exposure in technology transfer and handling a team. The candidate should have result oriented approach; with effective communication skill and ability to handle un –precedented situations.
Experience 7-9 yrs of experience in similar technology transfer setup.

Education M.Pharma is a must.
Compensation: Rs. 8-10 lacs CTC pa
