Job Description
- Responsible for the
Profit & Loss of the business that he would handle
- Would help Marketing team in developing robust
marketing plans and ensuring implementation with the
help of the sales team
- Formulate Annual Operating Plan, strategic and
tactical plan for the SBU, Suggest new launch etc
- Playing a key role in team building, new product
identification and then launch, developing and
maintaining relations of the team with key customers,
ensuring that the business hygiene is maintained. Would
control the expenses to meet the set objectives by the
organization.
Desired Profile
Educational Qualification
: BSc / B-Pharm (Preferred), MBA
Age : 33 to 43 (2 yrs relaxation at either end)
Desired work experience (in complete years):
Minimum: - 4-5years as a Sales Head / Marketing Head.
Maximum: - 15-16 years in Pharma Sales & Marketing.
