Job Description 1. To plan various activities of project
2. To establish check points, activities, relationships and time estimates 
3. To create schedule for the project 
 · Prepare Baseline schedule 
 · Execute scheduled tasks 
 · Track progress(Project monitoring)
 · Adjust project schedule
 · Interim schedule (Remaining work)
 · Communicate Results and progress 
 · Contingency plans(update network)
4. To track and manage the project 
5. To implement the project through proper co-ordination in the entire process.
6. To reinforce the commitment and excitement of people.
7. To vitalize people by building agreements
8. To assist DGM / Deputy Manager – Project Management
