Job Description	Knowledge of proteins and peptides and their behaviors.
	Knowledge about analytical techniques:
	i. HPLC and SE- HPLC
	ii. SDS-PAGE
	iii. Iso-electric focusing
	iv. ELISA
	v. MLA
	vi. USE OF protein estimation kits like Lowery, BCA etc.
	Basic knowledge about protein purification, isolation and peptide mapping.
	Basic knowledge about method developments and validations.
	Instrumentation knowledge about MS (mass spectrophotometer) and MALDI TOF will be advantageous.
Desired Profile	- M. Pharma/M.Sc - Biotechnology/Microbiology with similar experience.
