3 To establish check points, activities, relationships
and time estimates
4 To create schedule for the project
4.1 Prepare Baseline schedule
4.2 Execute scheduled tasks
4.3 Track progress(Project monitoring)
4.4 Adjust project schedule
4.5 Interim schedule (Remaining work)
4.6 Communicate Results and progress
4.7 Contingency plans(update network)
5 To create budget for the project
6 To understand project management tools and processes
7 To track and manage the project
8 To implement the project through proper
co-ordination in the entire process.
9 To plan the resource identification, Resource
allocation & Resource classification.
