Job Description	Understand the commercially viable approaches of bioprocess development.
	Able to develop independently fermentation/ bioreactor process for high productivities of mammalian culture based products. Additional understanding of yeast and viral fermentation is desirable.
	Must utilize the fermentation designs, operations and processes to troubleshoot the problems in existing processes.
	Able to document the process clearly.
	Able to write high quality development reports and coordinate technology transfer.
	Able to supervise the operational part of fermenter to subordinates.
	Able to coordinate with vendors and different departments.
Desired Profile	Age: 35-45 Years
	Conceptual knowledge of fermenter / bioreactor which must include but not limited to principle of microbial growth, experimental designs, and processes designs etc.Operational knowledge and experience for fermenter/ bioreactors handling at 2-30 Litre scale either alone or in team which must include but not limited to preparation and operation of bioreactor, product recoveries etc.Analysis of Bioprocess data which should include but not limited to data presentation, process parameter analysis and modeling etc. Knowledge of cGMP/GLP. Good in preparation of reports etc, fermentation software's and if possible SCADA. Comfortable with working in shifts. Proactive, Able to work in team or alone. Good listeners, Analytical & Logical
