Job Description
Role & responsibility:
1) To formulate manpower plans for all levels
considering organization structure required
competencies, skills and experience to full fill both
long term and short term business requirements.
2) To formulate resourcing Strategies, processes and
systems to provide competent human capital to business
partners as per the business plan.
3) To ensure timely availability of competent human
capital to business partners.
4) To conceptualize long term human capital plan and to
plan and suggest newer resourcing strategies for higher
organizational productivity.
5) To develop innovative resourcing strategies to reduce
cost of recruitment
6) To reduce time to fill and improve recruitment yield.
7) To identify and evaluate different recruitment
challenges and provide suggestion to meet with those
challenges.
8) To prepare manpower budget.
9) To translate business objectives and plan future HR
resources needs; assessing need in terms of suggesting
future organization structure as per business plan,
10) To plan human capital budget at organization level.
11) Responsible for evaluation of internal resources for
suitable position.
12) To plan for cost cutting measures in resourcing.
13) Evaluate and selection of recruitment partner
(consultant / Job Portal/ Job Fairs/ Campus Recruitment)
14) Periodical review of performance of the recruitment
partner.
15) To identifying and evaluating selection methods /
processes (eg assessment centers / panel selection /
psychometric tests / subject test ( for entrant level
positions), Validating tests and instruments, adapting
selection process to specific job type and target
population.
16) To monitor upload of vacancies on job portal.
17) To identify the potential source from knowledge of
industry for recruitment and to build strong network
with Universities / institutions / business schools /
recruitment agencies for the same.
18) Monitoring and review of recruitment yield (Location
/ SBU wise) as per the frequency decided.
19) To insure the implementation of all the rules &
guidelines as per the recruitment policy of the company.
20) To evaluate and review the recruitment cost per
employee.
21) To inform and advise senior management regarding new
developments of recruitment Strategies.
Desired Profile
Skills/ Competencies:
1) Proven Interviewing skills
2) Exposure to various types of recruitment strategies.
3) Certified in psychometric testing (Thomas Profiling /
MBTI/ FIRO B etc.)
